If you are going to try to cross Parsonage Hill Road today in Short Hills, New Jersey -- budget an extra 10 to 15 minutes for your local driving.
This is because of heavy duty construction work on the roads going on recently into this week.
They take you on extensive detours in local roads to get around it. Sometimes you wonder where you are going...
